REVIEW Make Disciples of all Nations This is a seminal book, one which should have been written years ago, and now that it is available, it should be required reading for all parish council members, parish priests, and all committed Orthodox Christians who are eager to spread the Good News of the Gospel of Christ to the omogenia, both cradle Orthodox and faithful converts. Father Charles has used his considerable skills as pastor, councilor, and expert in seeking out other successful Orthodox clergy who have years of experience in establishing and growing successful parishes. The book is an easy read, well laid out in a user friendly format, and a joy to explore and learn the strategies that have proved to be positive and fruitful. Father Charles has the unique talent to draw the reader into the points presented in a manner that is engaging and simple to grasp. I have known Father Charles for over 40 years and can attest to the good he has brought to individual parishioners as well as to the many parishes he has served. Invest in this book, read it, pick out the “tips” that apply to your parish, and then get busy implementing methods that will work for you and your people. I have no doubt that you will see positive results.
